The kitchen
One kitchen, two moods
The restaurant sits along one side of the pool, under a canopy and a hand-painted mural of palms and figures that takes the whole wall. Downstairs is for long lunches and unhurried dinners; the upper deck, with its own bar and bar stools, is where the evening usually ends up.
The menu holds its ground on both sides. Jollof rice, pepper soup, grilled croaker and asun come out of the same kitchen as steak, pasta and a proper club sandwich. Nothing is frozen through. The grill is lit fresh each afternoon and the soups are built in the morning.
Guests eat here without booking. If you are not staying with us, call ahead for dinner service and for the upper deck at weekends.

Book the room, not just the table
Small celebrations, board dinners and closing drinks work well here. The upper deck can be taken privately for up to twenty guests, and the cinema room — tiered velvet seating, controllable lighting, a wall-mounted screen — seats a smaller group for a film with dinner served in.
Set menus are agreed in advance so nobody waits on a kitchen ticket. Give reception 48 hours and the numbers, and the rest is arranged for you.

Room service
The same menu, upstairs, at any hour
Dial reception from the telephone in your suite. Until 23:00 the full card is available; after that a night menu of sandwiches, pepper soup, pastries and drinks continues until morning. There is no tray charge.
